Geoexchange heating and cooling a highlight of new luxe condo in Oakville’s Bronte Village

Geoexchange energy systems are becoming the new future of development in the Greater Toronto Area amongst low, mid and high-rise condominiums.

These systems help reduce carbon emissions by as much as 70 percent and are the most energy-efficient and cost-effective solution for heating and cooling.

Geothermal heating and cooling have an estimated decrease in energy consumption by 65% or more. This will help Canadians save on their monthly energy bills while being environmentally clean in the process. We are very excited about what other technology the future has to offer.

“We wanted to make this building special and unique. It’s only six storeys and we wanted it to fit into the village,” says Bertolin. “We didn’t want a building that would cause ecological damage or contribute emissions. Unless you live in a cave, you are aware of climate change.”
